<p>I have applied to PhD in CS at Cornell University. The problem is that one of my recommender doesn’t received the recommendation letter request email from Cornell and so he is not able to submit letter electronically.</p>
<p>I have tried to contact the graduate school and CS department both on phone and email but all in vane.</p>
<p>The electronic system will give me option to resend recommendation request only after one month of the first request.</p>
<p>Now, I am planning to send a paper copy to the CS department on email + on regular mail.</p>
<p>What do you think I should do?</p>
