Guys did I get a transfer option? In the letter it said that after a year or two I should consider applying. Is that a transfer option or did everyone get that?

Yeah I got that too… I really hoped it was the guaranteed transfer option but it sounds too general
no that is not. It would say exactly if it was a transfer option.
How were you guys notified? I did not get any email, and when I checked the portal, it still says I was wait listed @Drawcodawn @grundeis @collegedream101 @Kalistyne
Are there still people who haven’t received email yet? My son didn’t get any email from Cornell today, but then again, his email server routinely bounce back emails from certain colleges (such as Cornell).
My son got a email about 2019 Transfer Option offer from CALS

Son got the “Sorry, feel free to apply for a transfer at some later date” email today. He’s taking his 5 scholarships, including the 10k National Merit finalist money to our state flagship university. Good luck to everyone next year at your schools!
