Cornell University

I recently applied to cornell with good math and science marks (Sat 1 math - 740, sat 2 math 750 and sat 2 physics 730). However, my english scores are not up to the mark(both CR and CW 570). Cornell specifically mentions that they are looking for students with a high level in math an scince only, so will my english marks be a problem? Im an international student and m TOEFL mark is 105(iBT), which clearly shows that english isn’t really a problem. so basically, what are my chances?

truthfully… i dont know. sorry.

but, there is a site, that could maybe help. its called

w w w. m y c h a n c e s. n e t <– lol. no spaces in between. im just not sure if u can post links of other websites on this site.

but yeah, it looked kinda fishy at first, but its actually really helpful. they compare ur statistics to other applicant’s statistics in the past. its supposed to be pretty accurate, it will display a different “accuracy percentage” per college

check it out =]

ok ill try it…thanx:)

yay! tell me whatcha think later! =D

it’s a huge stretch mate. sorry (unless you’re the national champion at something)

I have to agree with Beowulf, sorry. :(
