<p>I am trying to choose between the pricey Cornell and NC State (In-State) for an engineering major. I really want to go to Cornell, but I can barely afford it.
How important is prestige? Is it worth going to Cornell in the long run or can NC State save me a LOT of money and still get me into an equally good grad school/job placement?</p>
