Cornell vs Northwestern (Chem E)

<p>I’m cross-posting this on both Cornell and Northwestern – looking for input.</p>

<p>Child accepted into both Cornell and Northwestern (engineering at each). Her current plans are for Chem E.</p>

<p>Academically, they look thisclose – anyone have thoughts as to the plusses and minuses of each.</p>

<p>They’re both amazing (I got accepted into both as well for Communications)…I’m leaning towards Cornell because it’s closer (I’m a NY resident, that helps too)…and well, it’s Cornell!</p>
