<p>Hi I'm a Canadian high student and will apply ED to Cornell. I will need financial aid, but according to Cornell's site, financial aid will be available for all international students, not just for Canadian and Mexican students. </p>

<li><p>Will this affect the amount that I will get? </p></li>
<li><p>If I get accepted, I will be enrolling in Fall of 2010. Is financial aid determined on financial statements for this year (2009) or an estimated version of 2010?</p></li>
