<p>Is a 3.2 gpa in poli sci from Baruch college, and a good gre score enough to get in to cornell’s international relations program? Should I have some work experience in politics first(it’ll probably not be in international politics)? Would peace corps work look better than the work experience for cornell’s ir program? Do I need to bring my gpa up? if so to how much?</p>

<p>Do you have any related working experience? I am a newbie here too. But people are all saying that a good resume and strong recommendation letters will boost your probability of getting in.</p>
