<p>Yes, when I asked the question I was assuming it was for all schools, even though I had CAS in mind. I should have been more clear in my tweet. Having said that, I agree with @fsharp about learning info from grapevine. Cornell should be more clear on their requirements since that is where most students go to get the required info for their apps. I do see on the web where CoE requires 1st Q grade report, so maybe the admissions officer on the live chat assumed they were needed for all schools. </p>
