<p>Does anyone know if COSMOS accepts international students? I know that they accept non-Californian students selectively with a higher price, but can a student studying in America but not a permanent resident apply?</p>

<p>Yes! i have a friend who is a Canadian citizen, born in China (but currently she lives in the USA) who went to COSMOS. She only has a visa and she got in. I’m not sure if she paid more though (i don’t think so… )</p>

<p>I emailed them and they told me that international students may apply but have to pay more.</p>
