Cost of a Unit 3 triple... raised by $100?

My e-bill shows 5 payments of $1,170 for room/board... for a total of $5,850 for the semester. Multiply that by 2 (to get the cost of a full year), and I end up with $11,700. Yet, the rate for my room is supposed to be $11,600 (source). Is the extra $100 going towards anything?

I think all housing in general rose, because my double was supposed to be $13,900, and the CarsBill indicates it'd be $14,020 for two semesters. I also vaguely remember an email saying housing costs wouldn't rise. Maybe it's a mistake that'll be corrected. Or not. Hmph.

Does anyone know what this is about?

It's possible that

In the spring semester, the total amount will be $100 less.

$100 of another type of fee is listed as "room/board" on e-bill.

The room/board cost is actually $11,700.

In any case, $100 shouldn't be a big deal.

Oh no, it's completely fine. I'll pay it no problem haha. I'm just wondering what the extra mystery cost is going towards / or did they raise the price of housing and forgot to update the website. Anyway thanks
