Can you afford OOS tuition at all these schools? I am only familar with Sac State which as an OOS student would cost $24,000 with tution/room/board/books plus an additional OOS fee of $372/unit which comes to $5580/semester or $11160/year= total cost of $35K/year. Little to no financial aid available for OOS students.
