I had one horrible semester, 1st semester sophomore year. I made 3 C’s, 2 B’s, and a D, all in honors/ap classes. I took the same exact classes the next semester and made 4 B’s and 2 A’s. I believe the main reason for this dip in grades was because my grandfather, who was very close to me, had a stroke during that semester, and was hospitalized and close to passing pretty much the entire semester. So, what are my chances of getting into these schools?
