Do you think I could get into Stanford or do I need to go for a less prestigious school?

you need to go to a muchhh less prestigious school…

Doubtful. Especially with the scores from the SAT and the SAT Subject Tests.

Could you get into Stanford? Yes. Is acceptance likely for you? No, I’m sorry.

You can get into some good schools, but I think Top 50 schools would be very hard for you.

^
that’s a bit harsh. He can definitely get into top 50

Stanford… not so much. Why did you take both math SAT IIs when it seems math isn’t your greatest fort

Among national universities, schools around the USNWR #50 mark (Tulane, George Washington) have 75th percentile SAT scores around 1370, well above the OP’s. But the OP’s grades are good, so that area (around #50) is a good zone to be looking for reach and high match schools.

Among LACs, schools around the #50 mark (Pitzer, Gettysburg) have 75th percentile SAT scores in a similar range, it appears. Kalamazoo’s (#60) is over 1400. I think some people underestimate the selectivity (and quality) of some of the schools in the #25-75 range.
