Could I get into UPenn?

Astronomy
AP Stats
AP World History</p>

<p>My ACT score is: 30 </p>

<p>I’m president of my school’s Leo Club. Girl Scout for 13 years (Assistant Troop Leader), part of the Speech/Debate team, and National Honor Society.</p>

<p>Do I have a chance of getting in? Any suggestions on classes or activities to improve my chances? </p>

<p>Your ACT score’s a little low, and your ECs are not spectacular, although the Girl Scouts one does show a lot of passion, and you could use that to your advantage. Taking two languages is interesting too. What’s your GPA? Any previous APs, and what were their scores?</p>

<p>I go to Penn; I’d say no. Your ACT is low and you don’t really have anything super impressive going on as far as ECs. Look into Drexel!</p>

<p>Attend a community college, earn good grades and apply to UPenn. My friend graduated with a B average from Miami Dade College and got accepted to UPenn. No big deal. Plus its cheaper and you graduate faster. </p>
