By the end of high school I will have taken 4 AP’s and 8 IB’s - HL in Math English History and Cemistry
Don’t Have my SAT scores back yet, but am expecting Math: 750-800 English- 650- 750 Writing: 700-750

What do you think my chances are at UPENN? With early decision?

Once you have concrete SAT scores, then we can begin guessing. Does UPenn require SAT II Subject Tests, and if so, how many?

Again not the right forum… non-traditional students are older usually over 22, and/or have taken at least a year off between hs and college
