If you need any more information, let me know. But I think I included everything.

Your gpa is a little low and UF does not like C’s, even in AP’s. What you do have that they LOVE is student govt. leadership and model un. I think you have a great shot because of that. I know some students who got in with much lower sat’s than you because of student govt. positions. Let us know of their decision and good luck!!

Should I have my midyear transcript sent to UF even if the decision is in 15 days?

It would just be the following:
Spanish 4 H (completed) - A
Calc BC (.5 credit) - B
Ceramics - A
Inter (w. teacher) - A
AP Lit - A or B…I don’t know…

But would it matter at all if I sent it or not?

Hmm… your ACT and GPA are not great, but they’re not horrible. You’re within the middle 50% for both of those, and you have several leadership positions, so I’d say something more like 45%-50%. Good luck!

my D sent her mid-year report last week and she sent also some more awards she received since she applied! she is also very involved, like you in gov and leardership ( president senior class, vice -president last year, secretaire NHS and NHSS, model UN , Battalion Commander JROTC, Leardership award of the year 2007-2008 etc… ). so my advice is: send everything to have to look outstanding! It’s never too late!! it can’t hurt you anyways!!!
