Could this make up for my lackluster gpa?

Basically my grades took a tumble junior year and I ended up with a 3.7 WEIGHTED gpa (no idea what my unweighted is. I would imagine somewhere around a 3.5, but who knows). During my senior year, I took all college courses, including a couple from Williams College, Bennington College and a local state college. I nailed an A in all of my state school courses and probably got a B+ average (including a 400 level course) in Bennington and Williams, which puts my senior gpa at somewhere around 3.5. Would a college I’m applying to (taking a year off to apply to other schools. long story, but this ISN’T me going for a second shot at schools that already said no) this next year put a greater weight on my college courses? Could it be seen as equivalent to an average 3.8 normal unweighted high school senior year (chock full of APs of course)? Would it be enough to say “yea I screwed up in my junior year, but this senior year shows it was just a fluke,” or am I kidding myself?
