Could this mean I got into my school?

My transfer application had been under review for a long while but the admissions office sent me an email stating this.

“Your admission decision should be in the mail soon. You will need to have an official West Chester University transcript sent to the Registrar’s Office. Our office only holds transcripts for one academic year and the one you sent in 2013 was destroyed.”

I currently go to Missouri State University and applied a few years ago to get into UD but was denied so this time I didn’t need to send my older transcript. This was a few days ago and I haven’t received any notification yet so I’m getting kind of nervous…yet them asking for an official transcript once more and denying me doesn’t make much sense to me. A waitlist maybe.

just send them a new transcript!
that’s what they are asking for! they cant make a decision until they have one.

No, their decision is already made apparently. I called them to confirm that. Which is why I’m confused in the first place. I did order one to be sent to them that day though.
