Counselor Cannot Go Back

<p>Hello everyone, </p>

<p>Unfortunately I forgot to tell my counselor to submit a fee waiver and he submitted my transcript without my grades from first quarter of my senior year, and the site is telling him he never registered and cannot access the Common App to resubmit the transcript and add the fee waiver. Has anyone else had this issue?</p>

<p>Is the counselor on the “recommenders” tab for log in? There are several tabs on the log in page and it’s easy to be on the wrong one.</p>
