<p>I sent my application in on the 20th of October. Everything was in except my counselor information. Our school does not have the capacity to send transcripts and stuff online, so my counselor mailed that around the 26th or 27th to Penn. On the portal, it says that my transcripts were received but my Secondary school report was not. Also I sat with my counselor when she electronically signed the ED agreement online, yet when I check it on commonapp.org, it says “started” rather than “completed”. Was there another part to this other than her signing her name and the date? or may it just be because we did not submit the transcripts online?</p>
<p>Also, what exactly is the “secondary school report”? I have to make sure that my counselor sent the right thing, because it says it was not received.</p>
