<p>i hate customs. when i came back to the US, there was this really annoying customs officer who took forever on everyone. and of course, they all had bad english and it took even longer…so i almost misssed my flight.
makes me think driving is better.</p>
<p>haha we actually drove to canada when we moved here (6 months ago). It was awesome! my favorite state was probably Wyoming, even though we never stayed there (Denver one night and somewhere in Montana the next). The rock formations were so pretty! I even got a mug at a gas station for my collection!</p>
<p>my family drove to the interivews. from across the country…fun!! lol not really. my mom made me do homework in the car.</p>
<p>wow! I read and filmed when we drove. My dad got annoyed though, “you don’t have to constantly COMMENT on it, <em>awesome person’s name</em>, for god’s sake SHUT UP ALREADY!” haha we took my mom’s Suburban (my parents’ friend dubbed it ‘the land yacht’), so we had plenty of room…you’d think. 5 people can take up a surprising amount of carspace given over a week of driving.</p>

<p>It all depends how you play the customs officer. Ie. my Dad knows half the customs people (maybe a slight exaggeration) and it’s a breeze. If your baby cries you go faster because people want to get rid of you.</p>
