I know this is probably just me making myself worried for no reason, but on the Common App I indicated that I was a US permanent resident and put my green card #. But when I signed onto the Tufts tracking thing, it said my citizenship was United States, so I changed it to China. They still know that I’m a US permanent resident, right? Not an international student? ._.

Thanks. :)

Yeah of course, as long as it states on your common app :)

Don’t worry! I’m sure Dan will be around to answer this question, too.

Send me an e-mail, I’ll double check it for you.

My gut says that you’re ok, but we’ll make sure together.

@DanAdmiss@Tufts - What is your email address? Thanks for checking for me. :)

To find the e-mail address of any admissions officer (including mine), head to:

[Meet the Admission Officers - Tufts University](<a href=“Tufts University”>Tufts University)

I’m the one named Daniel. :)

OK… so I had to peek. There are 19 members of Tufts admissions office. Do all of those people have a seat on the admissions committee? Is this considered a larger than “normal” staff? (normal, of course, always a relative term :))

^^^^^^^^^ Yep! All 19 of us have a vote in the committee!

As you’ll notice from that contact list (anyone can look), each of us has territory we manage. Relative size is pretty hard to gauge, though. Too many schools of different sizes and different sized applicant pools make is hard to peg what ‘normal’ is. Plus, we have a longer than normal supplement, and a supplement that takes more time to write takes more time to read. More time on each app means more of us are needed to read all the applications.

So… maybe?
