for 2. Please list three books, along with their authors, that have been particularly meaningful to you. You need not confine yourself to math- or science-related texts.

do u simply list three books or you have to explain why are they meaningful?
Because i am a recent immigrant and i have really not read that many books~

another thing is how do i submit my Nov. SAT score? its not out until Nov.2

and for awards, what kind awards should i put on there? i have stuff like certificate of recognition for participating in math contest, AMC and AIME but never got any awards. the only award i got is AP scholar with distinction.

There shouldn’t be any problem with you listing books that you read in your native language, though you should provide English translations of the titles. It’s far more important to put down books that are meaningful to you than to make them books that the admissions committee has read or heard of.

Also, I don’t know for sure, but I can’t imagine why the admissions committee wouldn’t want explanations. A sentence or two per book should be enough.
