Course misinformation

Hello guys. Kinda new here… So I am getting ready to transfer to SDSU (hopefully, don’t want to move to L.A.) In my application, I included a 5 unit grade of D in a class I took at a community college. I retook the class at another community college and got an A with the same amount of units. I included them both, thus lowering my overall GPA by a whole .1 grade point. Getting rid of the D will raise it obviously. Anyways, is this considered misinformation in an application or should I disregard. I already completed an academic renewal for that class so that my D grade gets replaced with my A grade. This will be done by the district in the next couple weeks and will show up on my transcript.

I was wondering if this could be corrected in the supplemental application in January or if I should take this further with a counselor.

You need to send all of your academic transcripts. Period.

SDSU gets this kind of information all of the time. They will know what to do with your records.

Thank you! I actually called SDSU’s admissions office and they said not to worry to just correct it on the supp. application in January and to take care of the academic renewal for that class which I already did
