<p>I am taking pre-cal right now. I have the option to take AP Calc BC in junior year, and then AP Stat in senior year; or IB Math H in junior and senior year, and double up with AP stat in senior year. What looks stronger in terms of math rigor?</p>

<p>Colleges want to see that you’ve taken the “most rigourous” course of study offered. Ask your GC if this is the reason he’s steering you toward IB. If so, that’s what you need to take.</p>
