<p>I am from India and currently hold an M.A in economics and employed in public sector. Wish to apply for MPA at WWS. Is it possible to migrate or transfer to their PhD STEP cluster or will I have to apply afresh? If I do apply after MPA will they give me exemption from coursework as I saw that there is considerable overlap between their MPA econ and pubpol and PhD STEP cluster.</p>
