<p>Just teach yourself these material. They are easy enough to pick up without any programming/designing background. If you don’t want to do so, I suggest waiting until Fall 2013 for the Web Design Decal</p>

<p>I would also recommend buying the kindle version of the head first series for html, css and xhtml. You can easily read the entire book in a week (I actually just finished it). Since you don’t have prior programming experience, this series will definitely help you a lot.</p>
