Coursework question

I have several questions relating to my coursework/rigor. Are these classes good enough to not be rejected by top tier colleges/bs md programs?

Junior Year (Current):
AP English
AP US History
Spanish III Honors
Chemistry
Trigonometry

In addition to recently moving to across the country, I am now in regular math and science classes. To counteract this, I am taking two advanced science courses next year. Also, I recieved B’s in History and Spanish.

Senior Year:
AP English
Government and Economics
AP Calculus AB
AP Music Theory
Physics
Organic Chemistry

Both Physics and Organic are honors but neither are AP (quite a setback, but my school doesn’t offer any AP science classes). I plan to study Pre Calc on the side so I can take Calc next year. Could taking more classes next year and studying a whole classes independently show leadership/intiative or something?

btw, I am by no means underrepresented or in a financially troubling situation. Dont know what that helps but there you go haha
