Cover sheet for tax return?

<p>Does Princeton have a cover sheet that I need to include when faxing in the tax return?</p>

<p>You could create your own with your Student ID#,
CSS # (if you have filed it), DNR #(If you have filed
a FAFSA) and of course the list of docs you are sending
1040,Schedule A/E/…Business Supplement etc …?</p>

<p>We just used a cover letter.</p>

<p>I just used a cover listing the tax forms, + w-2, + 1009s and then included name, and PFAA student number and application number. The last two should have been with you PFAA confirmation.</p>

<p>I am sure they will figure it out.</p>

<p>Wait, we were supposed to send other things with the tax forms? I didn’t send a cover sheet or PFAA confirmation, just mailed the taxes.</p>
