Crazy dreams ...

In my youth, I walked and talked in my sleep a lot. I’ve also had a lot of nutty dreams over the years as well as those that have creeped me out. This has been a particularly dream-filled week for me. I dreamed I died and some scientist was trying to bring me back to life. I was forced to sign a paper and then a big hook was driven through my spine and I was hung by a chain from the rafters. When I complained of being tired, I was told the mail had come and Judge Judy was coming on so I could get down and take a break for a while. WTH!!!

When I was in high school, I was making so much noise in my sleep one night that my dad came to my room to see what was going on. I was running around my bedroom and crashed in to the wall … apparently, the television had been chasing me. Another time, while on a beach trip with my best friend and her family, her father heard the door to the condo open and close and found me walking down the steps toward the beach … totally asleep.

Tell us about some of your dreams.

I have always had bizarre dreams and remember them most nights. Sometimes, they are frightening , and sometimes comical. I have a lot of reoccuring dreams…and a lot of food dreams, bridges, driving an out of control car…lost my car in a parking lot.

I took a med for my asthma some time back that made me have really scary, violent dreams. I looked up the long list of possible side effects , and sure enough , that was one of them. As it turned out , the med wasn’t working , so I gladly switched to another and no more violent dreams
