Credits error? (freaking out)

Summer classes just ended yesterday, I go and check my school website grade checker and the thing is telling me one of the classes I took counted for no credits. Here are some background info

I’m done with all my core credits. I’m going for my AA. I just had my electives left.

The error I am seeing:
THE FOLLOWING CREDITS ARE NOT USED IN THIS PROGRAM:

BSC1050 Intro Envrmtl Science B 00.00

The requirements for acquiring elective credits, however, states:
“ELECTIVES 02.00 CREDITS NEEDED
TWENTY-FOUR CREDIT HOURS REQUIRED FROM ANY 1000 OR 2000 LEVEL
COURSES (GENERAL EDUCATION COURSES USED AS ELECTIVES MUST HAVE A
GRADE OF “C” OR HIGHER)”

BSC1050 is obviously a 1000 level class and I passed it with a B. I’ve had Human Bio and another science class which was under the same category science and they counted for electives too. I don’t see why this one wouldn’t count.

I understand I need to talk to the school, I left a message and I am going first thing in the morning. I’m just trying to logically deduce anything I could’ve overlooked or missed here.

Thank you

Does it fulfill another requirement?

It’s quite possible that it was just some type of entry error.

it says the class gave me absolutely nothing. BSC1050 Intro Envrmtl Science B “00.00” as in 0 credits!

Im certainly hoping so. If it is, it surely worked me up. Been a little down all day.

It was an error. Hallelujah

That’s good to hear!

Sometimes when they’re entering all of the grades and updating transcripts and whatnot, it takes a while for all of the information to get updated. You’ve gotta figure, they’re entering so much information at once, a few things are bound to get missed or overlooked.

I know I’d be pretty upset if I’d spent a whole semester on a class, just to find out that it didn’t count for credit towards my degree.
