criticism: more of a consequence rather than a "satisfaction".....read on.......

I read in a self-help book that criticism serves as your enemy as opposed to your “ALLY” when using it.

when you criticise a person, no matter what it may be about, it only “enforces” that person to justify her/his self by “BACKFIRING” criticism “at YOU” in ORDER to protect her/his “EXISTENCE/IDENTITY…”

very interesting concept…i never realized this until now…

although I don’t criticise frequently, I still use it whenever I feel I have to make a BIG COMMENT about someone…

so when you give someone an “offensive lecture”, you are only motiving them to backfire at you because her or him wants to protect his or her existence which feels “100% inferior” to you which no person wants to feel…

the book stated that praising people is much more beneficial…

no wonder criticism never helped me whenever I used it!!!

god what an evil tool!! I thought it would give me satisfaction but instead gave me negative results…

now I will praise people everywhere I go, as you should too.

If you can’t stand someone, don’t criticise them, but ASK them how they feel or what they need, etc.
