<p>Does anyone know if it’s possible to be a CAS student and also enroll in animation courses in Tisch during the fall or spring semesters? I know there are lab fees involved and that Tisch majors get first crack at these courses. I just wondered if anyone out there has successfully done this or knows of someone who has.</p>
<p>CAS students can only enroll in classes offered through Tisch Open Arts. The Intro to Animation class I think you’re referring to is only for freshman in the film department.

<p>Thanks for sending the link. I’m disappointed to hear that CAS students can’t cross register into any animation classes. Before enrolling at NYU I had the impression from correspondence I’ve had with people in CAS that it would be possible to do this. Do you think meeting with John Canemaker would be helpful?</p>
