Cryptic E-mail Good or Bad News?

<p>So I e-mailed a school’s department about my applicant and she wrote back and said letters will be sent out on 2/20 and I should get a letter soon after. I didn’t have an interview or anything…haven’t heard from the school. Not sure if the school normally does interviews.</p>

<p>Is this good or bad? I think bad :(</p>

<p>It sounds neutral. They simply answered your question, informing you when to expect a decision. People are too busy to look up the application status of every applicant who inquiries about the general status of decisions.</p>
