How is CS + Lingusitics at SJSU, Are there good internship opportunities, how is it at SJSU, we are local. Is it a commuter college?
You and your child should read the description from their CS + Linguistics department. I think they did a pretty good job of describing the major, as well as indicating the types of jobs that this major leads into.
It is known as a commuter school, but it also has lots of students who dorm because the rents are so high in the area. It is well regarded in Silicon.

As stated by @aunt_bea the website gives a good overview on the CS & Linguistics program. This is a new major program for 23-24 so no students have graduated with this degree.
