On the non custodial parent form section d-h it refers to the non custodial parent and current spouses expenses. I am the non custodial parent and have never re-married.

Do I just fill these out based on my own expenses and assets?

sorry this is confusing to me.
Based on section C’s information already listed, do I leave D1 blank," child support both you and spouse paid because of divorce…"
this seems redundant.
this is based on other children from a new marriage, not the child currently applying,l correct?

It sounds like it’s asking about any child support payments that you and your current spouse (which you don’t have) are paying for children from previous marriages.

Since you don’t have a spouse, you don’t have a spouse paying child support to kids from a prior marriage.

However, since you have a child(ren) from a previous marriage, are you paying child support? If so, it sounds like you put the info there. So, if you pay your ex-wife child support, then it sounds like you put it there.

It doesn’t make sense that that would be for children of a new marriage. People don’t pay support for children in current marriages. Those related expenses are just part of the total household expenses.

Hopefully someone else can further clarify.

thanks for follow up
My point is this.
section C lists -noncustodial support of former household. this is where I have listed my
current child support payments.
section D through H asks for information from non custodial parent and current spouse.
Do I fill this out as well as a single parent?
It seems redundant based on what I already entered in section C.

I don’t know if the questions might be involving the possibility that you may have ANOTHER family that you pay support to (some men have children from 2 ex-wives so support is going to 2 places)…and/or you have a current spouse that pays support to an exspouse.

however, any questions that ask about info about YOU and a “current spouse” (which you don’t have) should only be answered with YOUR info.
