<p>Does it have to be filled out online? I despise filling out forms on the internet. I’m a security freak.</p>
<p>It is actually a very secure site and if you are close to a deadline it is one stop shopping and everything gets there quickly. Not to feed in to your paranoia or anything but, during this time of year when mail is the heaviest, who is to say that your stuff won’t get lost in the mail?</p>
