to be honest, you have a couple of things against you:

  1. transfer priorities to a UC: cc>uc>csu. Community college transfers have the highest priority, next is UC to UC and last CSU to UC. Your chances would have been better if you had transferred to a community college and then applied to the UC;
  2. Computer Science is one of the most competitive majors to transfer to a UC, even for students closer to a 4.0 GPA.

I know of a person in almost your exact situation who is now a senior at SJSU. The person’s major is computer science with a GPA of 3.8. The person applied to UCD and another UC (Berkeley?) but did not get into either one.
