<p>he has more than the required 60 units already completed, finished all the prereqs for his major and the CSU golden 4, but he’s not enrolled at his community college for this current fall semester. </p>
<p>can he still apply to transfer to CSU without being enrolled this current semester? (he didn’t apply last year due to personal circumstances)</p>
<p>i told him it shouldn’t be a problem but thought i’d ask just to see</p>
