The only CSU that publishes their EI thresholds is SJSU.

Some of the CSU’s like CSUN post their minimum EI’s on their website like the link I gave you. For the rest, it just based on the stats of past accepted students. The more competitive the campus and major, the higher the EI is needed. As stated, being local will be an advantage but since impacted campuses are more competitive, it is important to be better than the average.
