Same with me, they just told me I need to send my transcripts to them by 3/15. I sent them last Monday so hopefully by the end of next week they got them.
@lulu1115 @windtreemoon if it helps, my transcript from one of my schools and my AP scores were removed off the to-do list yesterday, 2/22.
@firefox952 my theory is that they’re even more behind due to the 12/15 extension to all CSU applications.

@adreezybones - my community college ones were! My CSUC ones aren’t ( they don’t do it for whatever reason) so those are just mailed directly to the address they put in our acceptance email.
@busfinance The business program is great so far, the professors I have so far are amazing for business. Make sure you look through your academic plan when you see it on your portal, get familiarized with it and what it required for you to graduate.
@RichardBIV - I’m thinking about changing my major over to business if I do decide to attend LB. Is it difficult to change over?

@firefox952 Anything posted on your portal yet? My transcripts went through, and now my portal says once I finish the term I need to submit final grades as proof of satisfactory completion like they need to be verified. Does anyone else say that? I’m scared lol I think it just means I need to not fail any classes and keep good grades then once submitting final transcripts at the end of the semester our conditional acceptance is over. Maybe I don’t really know. Calling admissions tomorrow to ask. My cal state Fullerton one says something similar just that I need to submit final grades once the semester ends too.
@lulu1115 - The only thing I have on my portal are my transcripts on the to do list (I’ve already paid for them to be sent to CSULB, but I hope by the end of the week they’ll be there). In my acceptance email they sent me this :
“This is only the first step in the admission process. “Conditional admission” means that we have reviewed your Supplemental Application responses and have made an offer of admissions based on this information. We must confirm your admission eligibility based on a review of your official academic record, including the transcripts from all colleges attended. If you fail to submit the required documents by the deadline, or if we cannot confirm your admission eligibility, then your admission offer may be withdrawn. In order to fulfill the “conditions” of this admission offer, you must complete the following steps: 1. Submit official documentation by Friday, March 15, 2019 to confirm your eligibility.
Your conditional admission offer was based on the information you provided in the Supplemental Application for Transfer Applicants. Once all the official documents listed below are received we will verify that you reported accurately and, if so, we will send you an email confirming your admission.”
I still haven’t heard back from CSUF either, starting to getting a little worried tbh.
I know some people who haven’t heard back from CSUF either yet I believe they still have another round coming. Have you checked the portal? Also, I sent my transcripts to LB a while back so they already checked them off the to-do list that’s why I’m waiting anxiously to see what happens next lol. They said in March we should be getting another email with the next steps but I’m going to call tomorrow to make sure. Do you know does our school send proof of AA degrees? Or do we have to send it? @firefox952
Does anyone’s status say, “Your application has been forwarded to the academic department for their review.” This doesn’t actually mean anything right? Also does anyone know when narrative production majors hear back? I sent in a portfolio on the 24th so I’m guessing I’ll be one of the last ones to hear back?
@lulu1115 - I really hope they do have another round coming, and soon. We’re pretty much at March this weekend, I check the portal nearly everyday. Really? I sent mine on the 18th and it still hasn’t been checked off. Yeah that sounds good and hopefully in March we should be getting another email. I’m not sure about the proof of AA degrees. I would call them and ask that question lol.
@ashley31836 It seems like everyone’s portal says something different lol. Guess we have to wait until they send emails maybe confirming the next steps. Have you asked admissions at all? When I called and asked it took forever to get to a representative. I was on hold for 40mins.
Wait so for transcripts - as long as they are received by the 15th everything is good right? Even though it takes about 2-3 weeks to process, as long as it was received before March 15, it’s okay? My community college ones are accepted and its gone from my to do list but my AP scores and one transcript from a previous university I attended haven’t gone away yet. When i checked my portal for the previous university, it says it was sent.
@pss321 - I think so. I know the other CSU’s care that as long as it’s postmarked to them before the 15th you should be okay, and I feel like LB is similar in that regard.
@lulu1115 What does your status say? is it different from mine? And no i haven’t asked or called admissions.
My status says “Admitted subject to confirmation and requested documents have been received”. I really just want to know if I got official acceptance or not…
@muzzles doesnt that mean you got in? It says you were “admitted” right? You should definitely call the school to make sure
@muzzles I called yesterday and asked the messages are fine they said people can have different messages or even the same. it just takes a while for them to review she said it typically is reviewed after the deadline so after March 15th they typically review them, and late March send out confirmations. But it depends on how quickly they can check them. I’m over waiting too lol the suspense. Honestly, though I think as long as we have the conditional admission, and then it says the confirmation based on documents meaning transcripts we should be fine. As long a were not missing classes, and have everything we put on the supplemental app. I think it will be good. Did anyone else get the email from CSUF about orientation? Its where you can check out their school? I wonder when LB will have theirs soon. CSUF is in April.
