CSUN vs CSULA engineering rank

Hey guys, I’ve been accepted to these two universities and would like to know which one would be better for electrical engineer. I’ve tried to look for rankings on USNWR but I couldn’t find one for LA. I’ve asked my friend and family members and they all like north ridge more than LA, but I’ve read on some other websites that LA is actually a little more stronger in engineering than North ridge.

I’m not even sure why you care. They’re not that great in engineering to begin with, so the difference is negligible.

Transfer up to a Cal Poly (SLO or Pomona) for engineering.

sadly I didn’t get accepted to those schools so I’m just working with what I have.

I have one friend that’s doing ME at CSUN. He seems to enjoy it. I think you might like it there, but I would definitely try and trade up by transferring later on since I am not so sure you’d be happy with the level of instruction you get there.

I think they have a good relationship with Northrop, but that’s all I know. Keep your GPA up way high to get an internship.

Northridge -

I would choose Northridge. It has a stronger reputation overall.
