<p>I believe CU Boulder would take you!! Just write an impressive essay :wink: I think you have chances of getting into austin too as a matter of fact. Not so sure about NYU…</p>

<p>I think your best bet is Texas Tech. I lived in Texas from 1996-2008 and the kids from Tech always seemed pretty happy. If we still lived there I would be encouraging my daughter to apply.</p>

<p>UT has a 50% admission rate it is not even a high reach, you have a kinda bad GPA but good SAT scores, I have a friend who had about the same stats and got in to UT, you better just improve even more your SAT, you are already in Texas Tech because of your stats, just improve your SAT’s I garantee you that if you can reach near 2000 you can get in UT.</p>

<p>You could easily get into boulder idk what everyone else is talking about, they accept almost 90% of applicants. NYU is a big reach on the other hand, but UT and tech are in reach.</p>

<p>These are reaches but don’t worry almost everywhere I’m applying is a reach also. At this point, if you’re a rising senior there isn’t much left to do so do what I’m doing, hope for the best and make sure you have a backup you’re happy with.</p>
