Cultural Policy PhD programs in the US?

Hi all. I was wondering if anyone knew of any PhD programs in public policy as it pertains to culture/the arts/education? I have found, so far, only one: Ohio State PhD in Art Education with a concentration in Arts Policy and Administration. The goal here would be for someone to become a policy maker for culture/arts-related endeavors and educational initiatives by becoming a top level administrator and consultant in this area. Any suggestions?

You might look at a variety of public policy programs and see if there are professors with an arts/culture research focus. The program materials might not spell it out as a specific concentration (seems like a narrow field) but by working under an advisor who has a similar interest, you’d effectively build that concentration yourself.
