Over the summer before Senior year in high school, I’m taking an art class for my Visual Performing Arts credits to graduate. Will colleges look at the grade I get? Will careers look at the grade I get and count it as a college grade? Can I just hide this grade?

No. Employers will not care about your grades for classes taken in HS.
No. It will appear in the National Student Clearinghouse. So “hiding” it from colleges will be grounds for rejection/recission.
