Well that’s the thing, I submitted my CUNY application on Dec. 17 and I had problems with my SAT being sent due to last name error on College Board. My scores were received on January 8th. I haven’t heard back from any school I applied to and I’m starting to wonder if my late SAT scores are responsible for not hearing back from any school…
@chocopiee You should be getting a response sometime this month. If you don’t, I’ll suggest calling the admission office.
I had the same issue. My SAT scores hadn’t been received by any colleges because of an error with my name & once they sorted everything out and marked that I had submitted my sat scores I got an email saying to keep checking the portal for any decisions. Hopefully the “late” sat scores weren’t too much of an issue.
Just got accepted to City College today! I’m still waiting for Hunter, Baruch and Queens College. I’m hoping I get accepted for Hunter as that is the school I want to go too.

The emails about admission come almost 2+ weeks after you were already accepted, so I’d check your CUNYfirst every day.
Ah Im a transfer so I was already admitted ? this is so nerve wrecking!

I got accepted to Baruch yesterday and got the email today! I also got accepted to city college.
I called Hunter today as that is my first choice and they said I would know mid March to late March. Hoping I get in.
I applied to Baruch through common app on dec 27 they finally sent my CUNYfirst account activation last week and received my transcript 2/29/20. I’m getting nervous because everyone is getting acceptances I regret applying through common app because I think that’s what delayed everything.
I applied to Baruch, Hunter, and City College. I submitted my application on January 31, and sent my transcript and SAT scores on January 26. My portal says my scores have been received but it says they are still awaiting my transcript. I checked the Parchment website, the site I sent my transcript through, and it said my transcript was delivered on January 29. I called Hunter and read them the address I sent my transcript to and they said it was the correct address. The woman I talked to at Hunter said they may have not paired my transcript to my application yet since I applied close to the deadline. I hope this is correct, I’m starting to stress because all my friends have already been accepted to schools and I’m the only one still waiting.
Did you make sure to send a paper transcript and not an online one? I don’t think they accept electronic transcripts.
@idgoff I would call/email them just to make sure that they received your transcript. I also sent the transcript electronically and my portal said that it was not received. This was because it was not updated in the system, but they did receive my transcript.

Yeah same here. I just got my acceptance to Queens College today.
So far I got accepted to 3 of the 4 schools I applied too. Baruch, City and Queens college. I’m still waiting for hunter as well.
I got accepted into Medgar Evers and Lehman today. I’m hoping for either Hunter or Brooklyn
I did send a paper copy, and USPS said it was delivered back in January. I called Hunter yesterday and they said they needed a transcript from the school I attended my freshman year, even though my grades and credits from my freshman year were added to my transcript from the school I attended my sophomore, junior, and senior years, my master transcript. I don’t understand why they would need this. Maybe the man at Hunter who told me this didn’t really know because my school counselor said in her 16 years she’s never had a college require a second separate transcript. They typically just require the master transcript. I hope what @skynyc1 said about them just not updating my portal is correct.
