<p>Although I’ve heard of Hunter, I’m afraid that I don’t really know (which might itself something about the school’s prestige). I would, however, like to call out the rising use of “prestigousness.” That’s not even a word; you can just say prestige instead.</p>
<p>Hunter is part of the CUNY system - very little prestige. It is essentially a safety for most New Yorkers.</p>
<p>NOTE: this does not apply to the CUNY-Honors program</p>
