HI! I’m currently a student at UMass Amherst. I was looking to transfer into Baruch for the Fall 2015 semester, to be closer to home and to pay less for tuition. On the 31st of March I was informed through email by the CUNY Welcome Center that I was rejected by my choice ( They did not mention Baruch in the email). Yesterday, 4/10, I was informed through an email by Baruch that I was accepted as a transfer for the Fall 2015 semester. I was able to login to the “Mybaruch” page and my two acceptance letters were there. (Welcome freshman, welcome transfer etc). Is this a mixup? Should I be jumping for joy or is this their mistake?
I just had the same thing happen to me today. In March I was notified that I wasn’t accepted to Baruch. But today morning, I received an email telling me to fill out my MyBaruch page and saw my acceptance letter. Later, I received an acceptance letter in the mail as well. This is most definitely not a mistake, you should be jumping for joy!
