Curious about Community vs. West Village Problem

I know it said that all Community ppl are part of West Village, but all of West Village is not part of Community.

I put B, West Village is bigger.

BUT

Is it possible that ETS would think like this?

Community has 20 members
All 20 members are in West Village

West Village has only 20 members that are from Community and no extras.
So the answer would be C in that case

or D for both cases?
Just curious… am I thinking to hard??

Well I put B.

If all members of the Community were in West Village and not all members of West Village were members of the Community, then that means there are (all Community members) + (a few nonCommunity members) so B must begreater.

yea, i agree. since the question said that ALL of the WEST VILLAGE is not part of Community, West Village has to have at least one more person than community, therefore B.

yea sweetbitna is rite
