<p>Would it be better to take POBS 0100 S01 - Elementary Portuguese or POBS 0110 S01 - Intensive Portuguese? I am fairly familiar with Portuguese and I can understand well. However, speaking and writing is a bit more difficult. Should I take intensive for a semester or the year-long course?</p>
<p>intensive will get you moving towards grasping the language. my friend took it last semester. just keep in mind that it is pretty intense (meets everyday), and you’ll work pretty hard. but the end result is pretty rewarding.</p>
